Aliaksandr N. Kenda
Director General
Aliaksandr N. Kenda was born in 1978, Ivanava, Brest Region.
Graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2000, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2009.
Started the career in 2000 as a telecommunications engineer at the state telecommunications enterprise Brestobltelecom. In subsequent years, he held various management positions at the Brest Branch of the Republican Unitary Enterprise Beltelecom. In 2009 he became the Deputy Director, in 2010 – the Branch Director.
On February 16, 2026, he was appointed to the position of the Director General of RUE Beltelecom.
Manages activities of the Republican Unitary Enterprise Beltelecom in accordance with the Charter. Coordinates work on economic, commercial, operating, auditorial, and international activities, accounting, public communications, and regulatory support for the enterprise. Determines priority areas for the development of production as an integral part of the enterprise strategy.
