International private leased circuit service may be provided for a period of less than one month. When calculating the term one day means a period of 24 hours. The term for use from the moment the circuit becomes available until the moment it is taken out of service should be multiple of 24 hours. If the number of days received in this way contains less than 24 hours, then it should be rounded to the next integer. In this case, the fee is calculated as follows: a) for the first day: 20 percent of the monthly fee; b) for each subsequent day, starting from the second day: 3.33 percent (1/30) of the monthly fee. The total amount for the month due should not exceed the amount of the monthly fee. |
