SMART ZALA is a convenient service that allows you to watch your favorite movies and programs on various devices (tablet, smartphone) with excellent image and sound quality. TV channels of various genres and directions are offered to your attention. Everyone will find what is interesting to him - cinema, the world of news, cartoons, author programs, music, sports broadcasts and much more on the air of their favorite TV channels.

Access to the SMART ZALA services requires Internet access at speeds from 1000 Kbps.
Depending on the bandwidth of the subscriber’s connection to the Internet, as well as taking into account its download, the speed profile available to the subscriber to use the SMART ZALA service will be selected adaptively.

To view the content:

• In SD-format the subscribers are provided with two type of speed profiles: 1000 Kbps (video H.264 720x576p25) and 1800 Kbps (video H.264 720x576p25);
• In HD-format four types of speed profiles: 1300 Kbps (video H.264, 1280x720p25), 2500 Kbps (video H.264, 1280x720p25), 4000 Kbps (video H.264, 1920x1080p25), 5500 Kbps (video H.264, 1920x1080p25).

Payment for Internet traffic consumed while viewing SMART ZALA will be made in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan 

Attention to byfly subscribers! Even if you are connected to tariff plans with regard to traffic (except for tariff plans Mobil Mini, Mobil Midi, Mobil Maxi, Comfort mini, Mobil Light, Mobil Comfort, Mobil Medium, Mobil Express and all tariff plans including traffic connected by technology Wi-Fi), there will be no consumption of paid Internet traffic when watching SMART ZALA.

To use the service, you only need to take two simple steps!

1. Get the details for accessing the service in one of three ways:

• in the service centre, user cabinet or if you are not Beltelecom’s subscriber and has no wish to go somewhere to connect the service  SMART ZALA online

Please note that when connecting to the service center or through your user cabinet, a decresing coefficient of 0.8 is applied throughout the entire period of using the service.

2. Download and install on your device Software for SMART ZALA

The list of devices with the software on which access to the SMART ZALA service is possible:

• On personal computers and laptops:

- Windows 10 or later, 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor with  bit-timing frequency 2.33 gigahertz (GHz) or higher, or Intel® Atom ™ 1.6 gigahertz (GHz) or higher for netbooks, 512 megabytes (MB) ) RAM (1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM for netbooks), video adapter: at least 128 megabytes (MB) of memory;

- MacOS (from 10.11 and more). The minimum requirements for a personal computer are MacOSX 10.11, an Intel Core ™ Duo processor 1.83GHz and higher, 512 megabytes (MB) of RAM, a video adapter: at least 128 megabytes (MB) of memory, and a minimum screen resolution of 1280x720.

• On tablet computers and smartphones based on the Android operating system, versions of Android 5.0 and higher; 
• On tablet computers and smartphones  based on iOS operating system: for iPad - 9.0 and more, for iPhone - 8.0 and more;
• Without using STB on LG, Samsung TVs with Smart TV function support. ZALA application is available for download from the respective application stores only on televisions for sale in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The service is provided using Samsung TVs with the Tizen operating system (OS) for models not older than 2017.

The service is provided using LG TVs implemented on the webOS platform for models not older than 2017.

Some TV channels may not work correctly on some Samsung TVs with Tizen OS 2016 (OS Tizen v.2.4) and some LG TVs. Owners of such TV models need to check the TV’s operation by themselves  using the available access details for the Smart Zala service or to get them when connecting to the SMART ZALA online service.

• Using STB on tv-sets without the Smart TV function, it is possible to connect 1 set-top box to 1 TV. In this case, the "multiroom" function (viewing content on two devices at the same time) will be available on any device from the list of supported ones mentioned above.
