Pinsk became the third city in the country and the first in the Brest region where the joint project of the Ministry of Communications and Beltelecom “My City” has been implemented. The initiative was developed within the framework of the State Program “Digital Development of Belarus” and is aimed at improving the comfort and quality of life of citizens.
Today Pinsk is confidently taking the path of digital transformation. Thanks to the committed position of the Pinsk City Executive Committee, here, in one of the oldest settlements in Belarus, the concept of a “smart city” is being implemented. The My City mobile application is her practical tool. The digital platform brings together the most popular services and helps to organize the interactive interaction of users with the urban environment - government organizations, educational and healthcare institutions, trade, culture and leisure facilities.

- It is pleasant to note that the geography of our project is expanding. The main task that we set ourselves is to make the resource as informative as possible, but at the same time simple and straightforward to work with. The platform is constantly evolving, the interface is being improved, new options are being added. The application has already proved itself to be excellent in Polotsk and Glubokoye, where more than 10 thousand citizens use it. I am sure that for the residents of Pinsk, “My City” will become a popular digital assistant.

- In fact, the introduction of the mobile application “My City” in Pinsk means the beginning of a large digital path. Our city is a well-known tourist center with a rich history and cultural traditions. And today, thanks to digital technologies, it is also becoming a center for innovative development. With the application “My City” we will be able to widely present our potential and organize effective communication with citizens.
City events, important news, promotions, discounts, polls - the application accumulates the most necessary information. Almost all organizations of the region are already represented on the resource. They are structured by type of activity: city administration, outdoor activities and tourism, health and sports, education. More than 40 modules in total. Citizens will be able to use the application to make an appointment with the city executive committee, government agency or school, find out the opening hours of shops and cafes, call an emergency team, schedule a visit to a beauty salon or service station.
The application is available for download on Android and iOS.
