Beltelecom and Beltamozhservice signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies. On December 8, the document was signed by General Director of RUE Beltelecom Yuri Petruchenya and General Director of RUE Beltamozhservice Vadim Babarikin.
The agreement is aimed at creating and developing a modern digital infrastructure. The parties will strive to digitalize business processes, implement innovative approaches in the field of telecommunications services, trade and logistics. A landmark project for the two companies is the creation of a video monitoring system at the facilities of RUE Beltamozhservice. Interaction in this direction will expand. In the near future, it is planned to launch a pilot project on the use of portable video recorders in transport and logistics centers of RUE Beltamozhservice.
The capabilities of the Videocontrol service are constantly being improved. Today Beltelecom is testing the video analytics option. The new module allows real-time analysis of data from the user's CCTV cameras. It can be face recognition, license plate recognition, motion detection. This functionality is especially relevant for the analysis of information both at the warehouse premises of RUE Beltamozhservice and at the retail facilities of the enterprise.
