Results for the first 9 months: Beltelecom holds Board of Directors meeting

On October 29, Beltelecom held a meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the results of the work for January – September 2026 were summed up. The discussion was attended by the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, Kirill Zalessky; the Director General of RUE Beltelecom, Alexander Kenda; and the heads of the company’s branches and its head office. All of the company’s district units joined the meeting via videoconference.

Kirill Zalessky noted the positive trend in Beltelecom’s business performance, as well as the extensive work the company is carrying out across its key areas of activity. At the same time, the manager placed special emphasis on improving work with clients. “Making customer service convenient in a digital state is the number one priority”, emphasized Kirill Zalessky.

The Minister highlighted the importance of a proactive approach: carefully analyzing subscriber inquiries, developing new communication formats, and consistently improving the quality of service.

All key business plan targets were met during the reporting period. A significant part of investments was directed toward the implementation of the “Digital Belarus” for 2026–2030 and “Housing Construction” state programs. The digitalization of various sectors of the economy, including agriculture, forestry, education, healthcare, and other areas, continued.

An important area of work over the past nine months has been the development of infrastructure in the regions. Active construction of fiber-optic networks was carried out to small settlements with the number of households up to 50.

The average internet access speed per subscriber reached 120.9 Mbps, while on GPON networks, it reached 144.8 Mbps.

Currently, the handling of inquiries from citizens, the quality of feedback, and an engaged approach toward every user are matters under the special supervision of the leadership.

Branch managers reported on the fulfillment of regional production targets.
