On September 28–29, Beltelecom is hosting a real festival of professionalism and development – a gathering of young professionals. The event is held on the initiative of the company management.
“Our absolute priority is the support and development of employees, especially young people, who are the future of the company,” noted General Director of RUE Beltelecom Yuri Petruchenya, welcoming the participants of the gathering, “I am sure that success depends on how professional and cohesive is the team working at the enterprise. Management and the trade union committee create all conditions for learning and creative realization, support young specialists in their desire to grow and develop professionally”.
The gathering brought together young specialists from all Beltelecom branches who joined the enterprise in 2023.
The event program is interesting and eventful. Participants will communicate with management, discuss labor legislation, learn about the most promising services and projects, and learn more about the collective agreement and social life. Veterans of our company, who have worked in the industry for many years and were direct participants in the most significant events, will share their experience with young colleagues in the Beltelecom chronicle. All this will help to better understand the history and traditions, assess the scale of tasks and the potential for further development of our enterprise.
“I am very glad to be a participant in this gathering. Here I can learn about new technologies and working methods, get advice from more experienced colleagues, and meet young specialists from other branches,” noted one of the participants.
A large block of the program includes youth policy issues, team-building projects and trainings, and round tables. The youth platform will help broaden your horizons, communicate with like-minded people and learn more about how the country's leading telecommunications operator is doing today.
The organizers and participants are confident that the gathering will become an annual tradition.
