Deputy Director General for Digital Development and Information Technology

Born in the settlement Sharkovshchina, Vitebsk region in 1983. In 2005, graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, in 2023 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus. Started the career in 2006 at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “BelGIE”, where rose through the ranks from an engineer of radio and television equipment to the head of the development and digital transformation department.

Since August 2024, works as the Deputy General Director for Digital Development and Information Technology of RUE Beltelecom.

Implements the unified policy in the field of digital development and information technology for the purpose of digital transformation of the enterprise. Manages issues of development of telecommunications infrastructure as to information technology, automation of technological processes, etc. Organizes work on the operation of multi-service/service platforms, information systems, data processing centers, hardware and software systems. Responsible for the development of the YASNAe TV channel.
