Sergey Turomsha

Deputy Director General for Economics and Commercial Issues

Born in 1977 in Minsk. Graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University in 1998, the Belarusian State University in 2009, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2016.

In 1998-2005 worked at Belexpo National Exhibition Center as an executive assistant, then as the deputy director for exhibition and trade fair activities. In 2005, became the head of the financial control division of JLLC Mobile TeleSystems, later headed the key account department, the sales and service department for Minsk and Minsk region. As of 2012 works as the Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues of RUE Beltelecom. In 2021, he was appointed to the position of the Deputy Director General for Economics and Commercial Issues.

Manages the implementation of the uniform economic policy. Manages the development of long-term and current forecasts of economic and social development, business plans for the company's development. Creates a model of the company's development in terms of innovation activity. Defines the main directions, sales strategy, the ways of improvement and promotion to the market of communication services. Coordinates work in the field of providing telecommunication services to consumers. Manages marketing issues. Defines the concept of conducting advertising events. Manages the financial activities of the company.
