Deputy Director General for Technical Issues
Born in 1976 in Magdeburg (Germany). Graduated from the Higher College of Communications in 1999, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2011.
Began his career in 1999 as a telecommunication engineer at the Long-Distance Communication Branch. In 2001–2014 worked his way from a lead engineer to the head of the technical department, later the head of the development and strategic planning department of RUE Beltelecom. In 2014, was assigned as the Deputy Director General for Technical Issues of RUE Beltelecom.
Implements the uniform engineering policy on the integrated telecommunications infrastructure development for foundation of material and engineering unity in operation. Responsible for the development of the primary and secondary network and data transmission network, project expertise, technological process automation, IT issues, modernization programs development, operation of international, long-distance, local telephony, document communication, data transmission networks. Controls the quality of telecommunication services.
