On November, 27 2 cities of the Vitebsk region – Chashniki and Novolukoml – appeared in the mobile application “My city (Belarus)”. Now residents of the Chashniki district can use city services directly from their smartphone.
Settlements of the Vitebsk region have been actively involved in the digital process: 12 cities have already placed their services on the mobile platform. The Vitebsk region has become a leader in promoting the mobile application “My city”.
“My city” is a convenient tool of user interaction with city infrastructure. The most necessary information is collected here – from events and news to vacancies and sales. The development is designed to enhance the comfort and quality of citizen life. An important feature is an interactive cooperation with all participants represented on the platform.
Using the application you can:
- make an appointment with the executive committee and other institutions;
- book a table in a restaurant or a room in a hotel;
- call an emergency team, schedule a visit to a beauty salon, enroll your child in sports section;
- find out the opening hours of shops and cafes and much more.
“My city” is also a real guide to sights, museums, parks and other interesting locations. Thanks to the mobile platform, tourists and local residents can orient in the settlement well. You just need to download the application in the App Store or Google Play in order to start benefit from it.
“My city (Belarus)” is a step forward to digital future that makes cities more convenient and modern for their residents. The comprehensive project to digitize the urban environment was developed by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization together with the company Beltelecom.
