On September 26, the final of the first professional skills competition “Installation and operation of telecommunication subscriber access lines - 2023” started in Soligorsk. Its participants - the universal technical specialists of joint teams who are engaged in the technical operation of telecommunication lines.
Seven teams from the Company’s branches, each with three people, will compete for the title of winner. All of them proved their skills at the regional stages.
The organizers prepared five tasks for the competitors: three practical and one theoretical are completed individually, another stage involves team work.
Participants will demonstrate their knowledge of the design, construction and operation of communication lines, various services and the history of the enterprise. The jury will also evaluate the skills of installing a subscriber line, connecting services, troubleshooting and other competencies. Technical specialists will show their talents and creative approaches to work in a creative competition.
Real masters met in Soligorsk, so the competition will be a professional incentive for all participants. On this platform, colleagues will get acquainted with the best experience, exchange ideas, and receive advice and recommendations from experts. All this will help them build competencies and improve their qualifications.
