Now cheap rate for each complete or incomplete minute of international telephone connection shall be applied from 11.00 p.m. till 06.00 a.m. 7 days a week.
More over tariffs for international telephone connections and traffic transit services with Russia, the Ukraine, Moldova and Uzbekistan are increased by 20 %.
